I just caught a short clip from a speech that Barack gave today on whether he is an elitist or not. Let's not forget where he and Michele started and which of the candidates made the least money last year.
He was commenting on having only a few of the exact same suits and four pair of shoes. If the number of shoes I own would determine if I am an elitist, I would be right up there with Imelda Marcos.
Then we can talk about their drinks. Isn't Crown Royal more of an elitist drink than beer? And isn't Crown made in Canada? Am I wrong or wasn't it Bill Clinton who was the champion of Nafta?
How then, can Hillary act like she was never for it? That is how she convinced all those unfortunate people who lost their jobs in Ohio and Pennsylvania to vote for her. She is going to bring them jobs and repeal that "nasty" Nafta deal.
Why are we and the media not bringing all this up? No Hillary, you can not "cherry pick" which positions in the Clinton White house you favored.
And please Hillary, don't morph into the "little girl" who lived in Chicago and feels so close to us Hoosiers. You can't claim you are the "hometown" favorite no matter where you campaign.
Isn't it time we turn to more serious topics, ummmmm maybe jobs, economy, gas prices, healthcare and war? We should all e mail our congressmen, the candidates and the media outlets and let them know we want to hear more about things that affect our lives
In the end I don't think it matters to any of us what the candidate's "choice of drink" is, how they dress or if they can bowl.
We just want to be able to afford drinks, food, clothes and be able to go bowling once in a while.
Does Barack Obama Look Too Good?
