#2 is even less probable than #5.

If you held a vote in Canada (or anywhere else in the world), you'd probably end up with at least 70-30 split for Obama.

The world like Obama more than America does.

The one way Hillary can win is to conceed the race, endorse Obama and begin to campaign for him.

Mitt Romney and John McCain fought a vigorous campaign and Mitt conceeded, he endorsed John and he went campaigning for him. This in my eyes, and in the eyes of many Americans, made Mitt Romney a winner. Hillary can be a winner too, if she does what any other Democrat in her position would do and should do.

As a Canadian, I had the same idea too.

It took awhile to happen, but he finally did it.  After months of speculation about which way he'd lean, former North Carolina Senator John Edwards took the stage in Grand Rapids, Michigan to endorse one of his former rivals for the Democratic presidential nomination.   more...

I kind of like Dan Abrams's program on MSNBC.  He is basically fair in his treatment of the various candidates, praising and criticizing them where appropriate, and without any obvious slanting based on his personal preferences.  On last night's (May 14) program, Mr. Abrams suggested that Barack Obama would be an absolute fool not to offe more...

There is this talk about swing states and HRC's claim that no democrat has ever won the white house without them. I totally agree with her but what like many others and some pundits, she forgets that Obama is not the ordinary democrat that she talks about. HRC has won states that would go for a democrat even if it were you who is reading this. De more...

Like most Americans, I waited to fill out my taxes until the last minute.  I'm happy to say that I got the 1040 completed and into the post office - which was a complete nightmare by the way - on time.  Standing there got me thinking about what this exercise will feel like a year from now.  The reality is it all comes down to whi more...

We can't go on like this.  Barack Obama has already created such a wide lead that it is virtually impossible for Hillary Clinton to catch him in pledge delegates.  She has had to resort to Republican fear mongering, and whether intentional or not, her surrogates have been reduced to race-baiting for votes.  The only way to stop h more...
