They start by obstructing and attacking. The Democrats usually respond with an increasingly elevated voice of their own, leading to the popular conception that BOTH parties are bad and guilty for the mudslinging. Next will come the calls for terms limits (the same call that suddenly vanished after the GOP took over congress in 1994). Finally, some ploy similar to the failed 'Contract With America' will be headlined by the supposedly 'new' GOP during midterms in 2010 in an attempt to retake the House and Senate, effectively hamstringing Obama and the movement for change in this country.
