My name is jackie.  I'm a homemaker in the SF Bay Area.  I'm originally from France, but I came to America a few years ago when I got married.  I hope you guys can get Obama into the White House so that I can vote for him in 2012! 

I'm for Obama because he is the first American politician that has inspired me - not that French politicians are that inspiring. :)

Ok - here goes -
Hello all, I'm a "crazy" woman who works in an education licensing agency in Sacramento, CA, and although I make a "decent" salary, I see my paycheck walk out of the door before a few days of the month have passed.  I'm mad as hell when I go to fill up my car and have to spend $55; I'm mad as hell when I go to the grocery store and spend $100 and walk out with only 1 or 2 bags of food; I'm mad as hell when I pay utility bills that include a list of taxes that I’ve never heard of; I’m mad as hell and totally frustrated about my government sending my tax dollars overseas to a war that I don’t believe in and would never have voted for, but no one asked for my opinion when it began, and they sure as hell aren’t asking me now… It could take me all day to list the things that are keeping me angry, frustrated and "BITTER" about the way our government has handled my vote and my money up to this point. 

Thanks to Barack Obama, I have hope about our country again.  I foresee a near future through eyes that Hillary has partially colored:  "The clouds part, the sun comes out, a heavenly voice begins to take the Oath of Office, and its the voice of (drum-roll please), Senator Barack Obama"!  He's with Michelle and daughters at the podium giving his presidential inauguration speech in January 2009.

Hi everyone! I'm 23 years old, and I currently live between Las Vegas and LA. I was inspired by the Iowa win, so I took a break from working on a career in modeling/acting/singing to volunteer for the campaign and ended up traveling to 3 different states. Now I'm back home supporting Obama from my laptop with my new political blog- The J Notes
