Today is Veteran's Day. It's a 24 hour period when all of us can reflect on the sacrifices that have been made on our behalf. It's unfortunate that people like you and me have a much greater regard for those men and women currently serving and those who served in the past than our lawmakers.
Is it true that the average income of a returning vet is under $22,000 a year? What is the number of female veterans that have been sexually assaulted by their fellow military men? At least with "friendly fire" someone actually investigates.
Is it true that a preponderance of the homeless in America are veterans?
How many returning sailors, soldiers, marines, airmen receive adequate treatment for Post Traumatic Stress? And finally, why are the Pentagon's statistics on these issues so much lower than those found by Independent organizations?
It's time for American leaders to stop giving lip service to military service and put their money where their empty rhetoric is.

Yes! it's a disgrace, dispicable, disheartening, and truly sickening!

Sadly, most people have no idea, and even more disgraceful, many people just don't give a sh**!

Uncle Sam gave away this country, lost it's real "true patriotism" when they sent TWO MLLION US soldiers to Viet Nam. These poor souls and all VETERANS have been poorly treated ever since!

Many Gulf War Veterans from 1990-91 and todays current War in Iraq, with Gulf War Syndrome, PTSD, so many are dying from their exposure to all the nasty depleted uranium. Many of their wives are having miscarriages, or many of their newborns being born with serious birth defects, etc. etc. Many have died of diseases like ALS-Lou Gehrig Disease, MS=Multiple Sclerosis, and so many "cancers"... just like the guys who served in Viet Nam!!!!   

Any idea of the real count of how many have already and are still committing SUICIDE because they

cannot bare the fact they KILLED, MURDERED innocent Children?  Who cares about that?

Did you call the Veterans Administration and find out the total exact count of how many homeless veterans from Viet Nam DIED HOMELESS?   Why didn't anyone give a shi** about that? They were human beings, with blood and soul just like the rest of us!

Wait!  you haven't seen anything yet!!!!  The body bags are piling up in Afghanistan and it's going to get much much worse!   Thanks to a**hole Bush, the media keeps the dead bodies of the US Soldiers out off the news meanining "Out of Sight-----equals-----Out of MIND! 

THERE IS NO SANITY left in HUMANITY!
