Canvassers
We are looking for outgoing, bright and articulate individuals to go door-to-door and talk to voters to help us spread our message of change throughout Staten Island!
Canvassers will be part of a dynamic team that engages people in their neighborhoods, makes phone calls and assist with distributing literature to voters. Team members will discuss the important issues facing our community, inform people about the special election for the New York City Council's 49th District on Staten Island on Tuesday, February 24th and encourage people to come out and vote. Canvassers will have the opportunity to take on leadership positions during the campaign.
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable talking about politics on a personal level
• No minimum education level or campaign experience requested
Compensation:
$10.00 per Hour
