Intern
Are you eager to get political experience? The Democratic Party of Oregon is looking for interns for Summer 2009 (May through August, start and end dates flexible) to help with writing web and newsletter content, research, event planning, development & fundraising, volunteer recruitment and other tasks.
Candidates must have strong writing, communications and organizing skills. We are looking for someone who can work in the office for at least 10 hours/week.
Internship is unpaid, but you can receive academic credit. Awarding academic credit for an internship is at the discretion of your high school, college or university. We will assist you in providing appropriate information as requested by your school. Arrangements for accreditation should be made before you begin the internship.
