PRESS SECRETARY FOR 2009 SESSION For The Office of Representative Abel Herrero
Summary:
The Office of Representative Abel Herrero, District 34, seeks a press secretary to work in the Capitol office for the 81st Legislative Session.
Job Description:
Duties include, but are not limited to, writing press releases for all issues in the office, including statements, advisories, and legislative updates, handling press calls, organizing press conferences, and preparing the Representative for all types of interviews.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Must maintain a standard of professionalism at all times.
- Previous press secretary experience is encouraged.
