Sebelius is a two term governor of perennial red state Kansas. She endorsed Obama the day after giving the rebuttal to President Bush's State of the Union Address this year.

Our Take

Being a female supporter of Obama and knowing how to win a red state (more than once) are all attractive qualities. The knock on her in the media has been that she botched the rebuttal to the State of the Union, her first real national appearance.
