Lincoln is a two term senior senator and former congresswoman from Arkansas. She servers on the Senate Finance, Agriculture and Energy Committees.

Our Take

Lincoln is a red state, moderate Democrat that presents a compelling case for the VP spot. As one Eyes On Obama member put it, an Obama / Lincoln ticket has a nice sound to it. She is a Washington insider though, which could negatively affect the change brand Obama is running on.
