Chris Dodd has been part of the Connecticut delegation since 1975, becoming a senator in 1981.

Our Take

Dodd has a long record as a senator (since 1980). He has publically endorsed Obama. Dodd's biggest negative is that he has accepted more money from the financial services and accounting lobbying groups than anyone else in congress. He has been accused of shielding Arthur Anderson.
